Ten years ago, after a corporate layoff, I took a bold step of faith and launched KEIRUS.
What began with one client has grown into a firm serving dozens of organizations across industries —
with impact reaching 10 countries.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with incredible leaders and teams to build programs, develop talent, design learning experiences, and shape workplaces for lasting impact.
